Existing as the Highlands Theatre Group since the 1980s, the group itself has existed for far longer under other names. This history has now been traced back as far as 1885.
Whilst the show selection has drastically changed, what hasn’t changed is our commitment to high quality entertainment and all things theatrical for the Southern Highlands Community!

It is the night before Meg’s wedding. She and her bridesmaids are planning to kick up their heels as the final hours before the big day tick down. However, not everything goes to plan as a last-minute scandal threatens to ruin the whole affair.
Highlands Theatre Group is proud to present a new bespoke training course for locals interested in dipping their toes into the world of acting and performance. We have been lucky enough to secure the exceptional talent that is renowned actor and performance educator Antoinette Sampson, for a six-week acting intensive course in term two.
